Rest in Peace Mel Johnson

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mels family. We got to know them from being at Lawrenceburg on Saturday nights and I use to get worn out just watching Mel work. Im sure we will feel his presence as he looks down from above every Saturday night at the track. He truly was a great man! RIP Mel

r.i.p. mel. dave, i know mel was always on the tractor but i think the water truck was his baby. he hated dusty slick tracks and worked hard to provide a nice cushion .
