Jerry Frickman set the UMRA track record on the old Rushville track in 1996 with a lap of 12.349 seconds. That time stood through the end of the 1999 season.

In 2000, on the newly reconfigured track, Mike Smith set the track record at 12.651 seconds. Mark Frazier dropped the track record to 12.098 seconds in 2002. That stands as the track record in the 2004 UMRA yearbook.

I have yearbooks for the 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 seasons (was never able to get my hands on a 2005), and track records are not listed in those books. I don't have anything from 2010 on.

The MTQRL held fourteen races at Rushville from 2009 thru 2015. Jason Willis set the MTQRL track record of 12.446 seconds on July 25, 2009.

I'm not saying Kyle Busch has the only sub-12-second lap at Rushville, but I do not have any records disputing it either.
