Auto Value is letting their non-wing cars have spotters and two-way radios at Kazoo tomorrow. One can only assume that this might be a reaction to the Toledo incident.

There was a spin and the car sat there for several seconds and then got plowed into. Clearly a failure to communicate to the drivers a caution

Failure on the part of racecievers? ( ask any driver that was there). Have racecievers changed drivers?

I have never been to an MSCS race but I have worked w/ the Must See Racing group & Seelman covers everything in the drivers meeting, never been to one like it
