Chuck, saying the state of Gas City on the other hand is questionable.

Consider yourself extremely lucky. I drive 240 miles one way to go to Kokomo. Perhaps the best weekly track in America. Great drivers, nice people (both fans and race track employees), great 4th of July fireworks, a track which week after week allows charges from back in the pack, Kokomo has it all.

I made my first trip to Kokomo this summer for Sprintweek and i will be back for sure! :thumb The only thing i wish they could do is eliminate the crowding under the grandstand. To have the BEER stand, the bathrooms, the souvenir stand all under the grandstand it gets crowded. I do like the wrist band idea instead of messing with tickets or pass outs, if you need to get something out of your vehicle it's much easier getting back in with the wrist band. Can't wait to get back to Kokomo in 2009!:applaud:
