I just watched the Silver Crown race again yesterday. Thought the track held up great. Only a splash of water before Silver Crown hot laps. I watched qualifying from the pits, watched racing from the stand in front of the pits. I never got one speck of dust. Just my opinion.

Up until a couple of years ago I have not missed a nonwing race at Eldora. Seen some good track prep and some not so good, Sometimes prevailing winds help sometimes the blind dog finds a bone. Sat in turn 1 at the crowns no dust at all, first time I ever sat there, The racing was good not denying that but have seen better track prep in years past. Just my opinion. Even the ones after the 500 which was very tough.
