As for the track conditions, I was there last Sat for the late model/mod show. I thought the track was in good shape considering the winter we've all just endured. Turn two developed a few ruts near the cushion which bit a couple of guys, but all-in-all, seemed smooth and fast. Dust is always an issue at Eldora - no suprise there.
Safe trip to all Saturday! Hope Gas City gets their show in Friday for you folks who are doing the double. |

Just a heads up for anyone who might have been doing a double header with Limaland. Limaland cancelled due to wet grounds.

I may even swing by Waynesfield on the way up from Dayton. They are having a test and tune, w/free admission to the stands. Depends how early my wife lets me leave the house!!

dust is an issue easily solved by working the track like a garden, turn the soil and water, water and more water earl!!!!!!

Johnny, I don't like to harp on prep unless its really bad. However Im going to the Burg. Even though I seen two very good races last fall with the four crown and sprintacular. I've never been not able to see one end of the track at the burg, therefore I'll be watching the regs and whoever else wants to tow down battle on another highbank speed plant. Good chance for teams to practice for KISS, BOSS, Sprintweek, Fall Nationals.
Hope everyone going to Eldora has a great time. Some peeps and racers I'd love to see up there too and Qualifying
