My health is not so good anymore. Neither is my money situation. I would go 100 times a year if I could. I will get to go maybe to 3 or 4 more races at the most this year. I will treasure and enjoy every race no matter what. I love this stuff.:thumb
You forgot to mention the concession stand. There's no excuse for them running out of mustard! Of course I'm just kidding. Well said Gregg.

Yes I love raceing, thats the toughest thing my wife has to deal with, if its not raining we are at the track. I'm glad u enjoyed sprint week, I did to, but i think we would have seen even better raceing with a few tweeks. ISW is something very special that USAC controls. Its ok to make a few tweeks for these few races.
I think Bloomington proved a bad draw can be overcome. But like starting at the back of a loaded heat, it is not easy.

I say DO NOT DUMP USAC and USAC should make the Sprint Week count for CRA points as well, Bringing back the feel of the invasion.

The Sprint car world series is basically IN CRA's back yard, Yet National Teams have to travel there to get their points due to it being a national event. Why not make ISW both USAC and USAC/CRA points events.

The only think Id really change is make it more along the lines of Ohio Sprint SPeedweek and find a couple tracks willing to pay 10-15 grand to win in the last couple races as basically by then, The points chase for the week is down to five or six cars as evidenced by the much lower turnout at Haubstadt.

Chuck, just ideas. I lved the old CRA midwest tours, It was the only times I got to see the RIpper, Bub, Shu, Boat, McCspaden and many others Id only heard about.

That or make the sprint portion of Midget week a CRA Sprint Week.

Just received our checks from the 2 shows we attended last week (they came earlier, I was just out of town). Was pleasantly surprised to see 2 checks for $100 each!! Very Cool!!! Our little team can certainly use the extra $120!! So thank you Mr. Miller and/or the promoters to pony-up the $! Thanks, Shoestring Racing :thumb
