Not once have I denied that he has made some boneheaded moves. My beef is with all of the armchair drivers that seem to enjoy bashing drivers.

Hawker, this post proves that Sammy LOVERS see what they want to see ALSO, because Mr. Martin was driving A LITTLE OVER HIS HEAD . I"m sure it couldn't have been, because, Mr. Swindell was driving ALOT OVER HIS HEAD ending with Mr. Martin being parked into the Jersey Barriers... You Outlaw fans are :censor:, If you want an explanation just ASK. I will tell you the difference between a SPRINT CAR FAN an A OUTLAW FAN......Being from Nebraska I'm sure you have NO IDEA...

Outlaw fan 'eh? LMAO......Sure thing scooter...

Nebraska? Try again... But with your blinders on, it is certain from your perspective that it doesn't matter because the ONLY nonwing fans on planet Earth are from Indiana and 2 or 3 counties in California. So, since you offered to educate me. Please explain how some winged drivers can drop in on a nonwing race and take the money. Or, better yet, a winged driver can decide to run USAC and run up front, however I've never seen the opposite happen with races and sanctions paying more than double what your average nonwing race or sanction pays. Subjects like that irritate the hell out of the "my type of racing is better than yours" crowd and is sure to send any internet thread off on a wild tangent rather than offer a legitimate explaination. This should be good.

You see? I am a race fan. openwheel dirt first, then pretty much any other kind of motorsports after that. I have a late uncle that raced micro midgets and midgets, he won many, many races and championships in New Mexico in the 50's until one took his life. I was at the race track at the ripe age of 3 months old and grew up watching nonwing supers and sprints. I wrenched on supers and sprints off and on for a number of years and I currently wrench on a winged 360 with numerous wins and championships *GASP*... yeah the same one that took off the wing for a local USAC show here (have to do something to shore up the car counts). So yeah, I have been around nonwing racing.

It doesn't matter to me, as long as it's good racing, and I have seen great racing and piss poor racing in both types. I watch it all, wherever I can, no blinders here.

BTW, what I saw? I saw Martin unable to hold a line for more than 10 feet at a time... I also saw a faster driver getting tired of getting squeezed into the same jersey barriers, lap after lap. Then he parked Martin. Seen it done a hundred times by many, many different drivers.

Haha in the thread over at brand-x about Kevin, MSPN said to me "Petey even you know how hard running wingless can be sheesh!" I couldn't believe he actually said that. For someone that slams wingless racing talking about winged racers beating wingless guys at their own game he sure gave them some due respect with that quip.

I think it's safe to say that Mikey never watched Kevin race this year.
