Never on Thursday, sometimes on Friday, sometimes on Saturday, sometimes on Monday. I would guess it is now coming on Friday 50% of the time, 35-40% on Saturday, and the rest on Monday. Just a few months ago, however, it was worse, rarely arriving on Friday, 50% or so on Saturday, and the rest Monday or later. If you are looking for when to advertise, I would really suggest that you put the ad in at least the prior week. If you wait and hope to get us a day or two before the race, you may miss us. I usually recieve my paper on Friday and sometimes on Saturday, but this week it has not arrived yet!

Usually Thursday or Friday, but it's not unheard of for it to not get here until early the next week.
What day do they ship it out?

90% of the time I get mine on Mondays. Sometimes I get lucky and get it Saturdays and the worst has been the following weekend over a week past due.
