The Lawrenceburg Speedway safety crews were thorough as always. As a fan sometimes I think they are too thorough.... but the main thing is ensuring driver safety and timely removal of drivers from cars/cars from track. So who am I to question what they do, how they do it or how long it takes. At least they get it done. |

Not sure with total counts but I will say that it sure appeared to be down from last year. The pits were not nearly as crowded as last year with the same number of support classes.

less then 20 mods about 25 hornets about 20 super stocks like 12 pure stocks Wasn't really counting, I think the car count was a little higher due to Brownstown not running and other tracks haven't opened yet. So a guess would be 105 cars total in the pits, anyone else agree or disagree. They still pushed off the Sprint feature before 10:00 pm. |

Don it was great talking to you too as always. You are correct in saying that Jim puts his heart and soul into racing. I appreciate all the kind words. Until the next time... "Have a Great Week" Cindi |
