Mel Martin has sold Manzanita Speedway to Southwest Crane and Rigging. Southwest plans on leveling it to construct a new building and maintenance yard.

The last race will be April 11th, the "Donnie Davis Memorial" ASCS Sprints on the 1/2-mile, midgets and mini sprints.

R.I.P. Manzanita!!
