Sayler Park Pat Patrick. I had the pleasure of growing up watching him race and having him as my father.

My grandson Andrew. The little guy has been through so much and still continues to flash that magic smile.
I would be remiss if I didn't include all the military personnel who have and continue to fight for the freedom we all enjoy.:thumb

My racing heroes were all developed when I was under the age of 4 playing in my sandbox with my miniature racecars.
The names that always popped up were: A.J. Foyt, Pancho Carter, Jack Hewitt, Chuck Amati, Al Unser Jr., Eric Gordon, Cary Faas, and Alan Kulwicki.

On a racing basis: Rick Ferkel, Jack Hewitt, Steve Kinser, Dean Thompson, Bubby Jones, Jan Opperman, Dick Gaines, Tony Stewart. The biggest racing hero of all, Eldon Dotson. (Anyone know that name?)
