Cicconi Rumble Question

I was only able to attend Saturdays Rumble, but I noticed a picture on the dash of Lou Cicconi's Midget. I was wondering if it had been there all along or had just appeared after Fridays incident?:O:

Kyle took pitside pictures both days..... and Lou's car had the same pic in there on Friday.

When did you see that? Someone left a little note while Lou was watching the 600 feature. It looks as thou the encouragement paid off for Lou!!

That picture was on Lou's car at Columbus and Toledo also, I like it!
