Been reading and hearing that Yeley may be driving the Waltrip #00 at Martinsville next week. I was wondering if anyone has any "concrete" news about that?

That's what I thought also, so I went snooping. Found this on Jayski's under the "team news" section:

Yeley to the #00 at Martinsville? hearing that J.J. Yeley could be running the #00 Michael Waltrip Racing Toyota next week at Martinsville Speedway.(10-10-2008)

Red Rocks Café on the #00 at Charlotte: Michael Waltrip Racing announced that Red Rocks Cafe is partnering with the racing organization to be an associate sponsor on the #00 Champion Mortgage Toyota driven by AJ Allmendinger in the Bank of America 500 at Lowe's Motor Speedway on Saturday night. Red Rocks Café is a North Carolina based restaurant with two locations at Southpark in the Charlotte area at Strawberry Hill Shopping Center and Birkdale Village in Huntersville.(MWR PR)(10-10-2008) Comment here

According to this story at http://www.scenedaily.com/news/artic..._00_team_.html

Wells said there is a plan for the rest of the year that includes McDowell and wouldn’t say who would drive next week at Martinsville. He said the situation is “fluid,” but did say that J.J. Yeley, rumored to have been driving the car, will not be driving it.

Would have been nice.
