I have a question some one may be able to help. I have bout tickets to the chili bowl i am a first timer. I need to know if the parking at the expo center is free or if you have to buy a pass? Or can you pay on a day to day basis at a parking garage some where close. I thank you for any help at all.

You can pay for a pass and get a little close but not much due to the timing of your possible purchase. There is free parking at the Expo but it will be a 5 minute walk or so.

5 minute walk if the weather is decent. About a minute and a half if it's colder than a well diggers (you know) and the wind is blowing. If everything is covered in ice you'll be able to slide over pretty quickly with a good tail wind.
