I'm not a native Hoosier and there are times I like and times I don't care for Letterman.

HOWEVER, I'd like to think that Anton Hulman Jr or Carl Fisher would be the state's hero when it comes to open wheel racing. Without them it's entirely possible the sport would not exist.

I love Letterman and think he is great and if he wants to sponsor a race team tell him to look me up, that would be interesting

You might need to add Wilbur Shaw to that list also. By the way, two of the three -- Carl Fisher and Wilbur Shaw -- were born, or lived, in Greensburg, Ind., at one point. Fisher was born there, and Shaw crashed a bicycle there.

And 2 of Decatur County's finest pulled me over for speeding. I was set up. Again. :Steer

Dave's devotion to Hoosier racing is well documented. They don't call it Rahal-Letterman Racing for nothing.
