I ask this question because I often wonder how many people work at a place where no one gives 2 cents about sprint car & midget racing... I use to work at a place like that... of course now that I run my own sign & graphics business... I can talk to myself all day long...:kookoo

I am always trying to get some of the guys I work with to go and give it a shot, however usually their weekends are booked since we dont ge many off in a year. Hard to sell to them, but I know if they would give it a shot they would be hooked.

What would stands look like and how much would the purses be if the current fans would try and bring one co-worker to the track??? Hmmm, just a thought.
Sorry, I'm talking too myself again... :O::kookoo

Just a couple. One has worked on late models and/or modifieds in the past. The other one because his favorite NASCAR driver, Ryan Newman, followed the short track route. He also keeps an eye on Bryan Clauson in the Nationwise series because of me.

One guy I work with thinks he saw a sprint car race about 25 years ago. The rest think Nascar is the only racing around.:censor::thumbsdown:

There are a few, but mostly it is 24, 8, 20 and 3 fans. There is nascar crap everywhere. We work a short drive from THAT, but most of them don't even seem to realize they race up there. I told a guy one time that I was going to the races that weekend. His response: "you're going to Bristol?" I had to let him down easy and explain about Haubstadt. I've invited a few people, but if there is no nascar ties, they aren't interested. They're drinking the Kool aid something fierce.
