The IndyCar race is on ABC now, I think it will be a good one. The Indy Lights race was great with a lot of three wide racing and congratulations to Luyendyk Jr on his first win.

This is a great race three wide all over the track and only half way! So far the best asphalt race of the year as it has me on the edge of my seat!

What a finish! Closest finish in Indy Car history! (0.0010 of a second margin)
But it looks like Helio wins on the photo finish. Timing and scoring says Dixon!?!

That's why all the IRL races should be on ovals, not those stinking street & road courses. They actually race on the ovals, not just follow each other as they do on the road courses.

I think that scoring loops are rarely at the stripe that's painted on the track. As transponders become more common in sprint cars, this could be an issue. What will we use as the official determination, the stripe that we can all see, or an invisible line that we cannot?

After Ed had his accident I quit watching.
They have had alot of suspension failures this year and it is something that needs to be addressed.
I agree abotu dumping those pathetic road courses but the only track being dumped this year is Nashville and that is being replaced by yet another road course.
Lets go back to a format that actually has some real racing and stop trying to be the American version of Formula dumb err I mean Formula 1.

Went to the indy race and still made it back to Kokomo in time to see the B and the A. If mitch hadn't put us on eastern time, I wouldn't even have missed the heats. The indy action was great, and got to see a good sprint race too.
