Other than calling out Spridge personally that's exactly what I said.

Right, so Robert agreed with me.

His weight is an issue because he wouldn't have complained if he was in a position to do exactly what the lighter drivers were.

Not sure how this is difficult for you. I’ll try it slow. He bitched about guys racing beyond the rules. Whether he needed to go on a diet or not. If all played by the same rules and he lost because he is heavy he would own that. This wasn’t the case because of rules infractions. I hope this clears it up for you. They all add weight to make the minimum. Now that Usac stepped up and made the rule clear and Robert has gone on a diet he can bolt weight where he wants it too. All within the rules!

You sure about that? Betcha Big Rob didn't have to bolt in any weight to make minimum.

Call him and ask or hit him up on FB. Report back.

Let us remember that it was determined Mitchell Moles was cheating also and was allowed to keep his 'win'.

"No titanium crankshafts, connecting rods and/or rod caps."

Hmmm, I wonder if lead weights would not be needed if unobtainium was not allowed?

Is there any logic behind 1350 lb? Or is that the consensus figure of the car owners?

A multi champion crew chief I knew said their cars cleared weight without the driver that the rule included the driver. So not all of em are on the edge.
I don't think RB's problems are weight releated at all. He's lost the weight here and there. It's a good setup and making the right moves at the right times.. I watched Bob Kinser, Dick Gaines and Shane Cottle whoop too many asses for that to be a huge factor.

once again, The weight didn't have anything to do with the weight of the car. It had to do with where it was placed. Furthest from fulcrum point crates more leverage. Fulcrum on a sprint car is the motor plate. The further forward you put weight. The more effect it will have. They were trying to keep from wheel standing on a tight track with tall gears in the car.
