I am a fan of Cottle and Grant both. Friends with Shane actually. I'm baffled by many things. #1 What did the Sprint Car race pay, anyone know? #2 Grant running his USAC car, why damage the car with Eastern Storm right around the corner? #3 Grant tends to like the Top, yet they appeared to be fighting for the bottom...was there not a top line? Track conditions? #4 What/Whose was the car Shane was driving? Didn't appear to be the car he has been in so far this season.
No inside knowledge, but don’t believe that is one of Grant’s USAC sprints he was running last night. I know 2-3 years ago Grant specifically mentioned picking up a used chassis and putting together a car to run for local shows as to not mess up a points car
Grant was in the Topp Motorsports car. Nothing up top for the sprint feature. Almost everyone was low and slow. Cottle was in the 34C. He was in a different car tonight at Paragon. Don’t know how much it paid, but it made Cottle happy.
