JMO I think the racing is great, but attending the race is a semi pain in the ass. Parking restrictions, no cash, ticket sales location. Its just not dirt track fan friendly
MC, you’re 💯 correct. My good friends nodramazone20 and Yeleyfan76 were discussing that yesterday. It’s a great place, just not user friendly for our type of crowd. Here’s things we can expect. Paying for parking. 9 buck beers. Basically not being able to go to your car at intermission/track work or during support class like so many of us enjoy. With that said, I still am also considering it. There’s not a bad seat in the house, the bleachers are great. Plenty of room in the midway, and the best backdrop in racing. So there’s pros and cons. My biggest concern is that the track is too small for Sprint Cars to put on a quality race. That’s just my opinion on the track, but the other concerns I have are facts. Plus you’re going to have to expect a plus 40 dollar ticket. There’s a lot to consider
They don't sell any tickets for seats in Turn 3 of the big track anymore do they? They did that the first year the track was used, correct? The binocular section.
Chiming in live from the West Coast of Michigan.... Mike

It was awful. They moved the dirt track bleachers to the other side facing away from the oval the following year.

Yes but it is pricy. We paid $40 for the 3 days on the outside of the track. It's on the north side of IMS. They have the golf cart transportation that gets you in pretty quick. They drop you off right at the bleachers.
