I don't recall Terre Haute ever being boring.

I've never been to a race there, but I tried... rained out both times
Wanna make it there some day
I don't doubt what you're saying

I am certain the USAC races at Volusia were always Non Points events. Bottom line , the races were ran efficiently and both Features had some drama and excitement.

Don't be upset at Dirtvision, USAC signed the contract knowing the terms. They easily could have passed on having the event.

USAC teams really appreciate having the opportunity for an extra two events while they're down here in Florida. Makes the trip even more enticing & worthwhile.

I may be old, but i remember a time that if you wanted to watch a race then you actually had to go to that race. If you weren't able to attend then you had to hope that a buddy went to tell you about it or wait for your favorite racing paper to come in the mail to read all about it. Not being able to watch 2 races on flo doesn't seem all that bad to me.

For those that watched either via DirtVision or in person, I thought the racing last night was very good. Yes, in the feature Jake Swanson had them all covered, but there was a lot of passing for position back in the field and lots of lanes being run. Overall, I thought the USAC sprints represented themselves very well, and I hoe they get to come back to Volusia next year.

I agree. I may be biased because I live here, but I absolutely love Volusia. Been going there since it was pavement and they ran sprints on the old 3/8 mile dirt where the kart track is now. I think USAC will be back, and hopefully next year it's for points and more money.

And I know some folks don’t give a lick about fenders, growing up in perhaps the only part of Indiana that’s late model country, I appreciate them also. And NoDrama is correct, very efficient program

If the USAC sprint cars didn’t make some fans at Volusia Speedway Park tonight (Tuesday) then those people will never be fans. Great race tonight between Daison Pursley and Emerson Axsom! Both drove like 10 year veterans, not a rookie and last years ROY. Fun night!
