Man Whitt just took two hard shots, first off the wall, and then Gamester had nowhere to go, Looks like Gamester will be restarting, amazing considering the hit they took

From 1961 through 1965 and again from 1967 through 1970 they ran Springfield and Milwaukee on back to back days. In 1961 Milwaukee was first with Springfield having the first show every year thereafter. Since the dirt series broke away the only time that I can recall two races being scheduled back to back was in 1982 when Williams Grove was slated for July 3rd and Flemington the next night. Williams Grove was rained out and Doug Wolfgand won at Flemington in the Stanton #75.

Mario Andretti swept Sedaila and Springfield back in 1974 and Yeley did a Dirt/Pavement back to back sweep at ORP and the Indiana State Fairgrounds back in 2003
