Why does the car # on the USAC site shaded in green?

I could be wrong, but I believe you get 2 a year and have to be in the top 20 in the points. The higher up you are in points, you get priority. I.E. 6th, 12th and 14th place in pts don't make A Main. 6th and 12th have the first options.

I thought Paragon did away with double feature...
