Of the three ISW races I've been too, I can't really say that anybody sandbaged that I know about. You never know if the tracks going to go away or get better as Qualifying progresses. Besides, You'll never really know unless your last qualifyer where you'll end up in a 50 car field.

One of the greats was Hines qualifying thursday at Kamp, He came out like 43rd. Ran a full car above the cushion the entire two laps and set third quick time.

Awesome!
