Did you know: Long before his promoting days, Gas City I-69 Speedway promoter, Jerry Gappens, was an aspiring sprint car driver!
Open Wheel Magazine —> July 1999 The year was 1978 and at the age of 15 Gappens was “On The Gas” and strapped into a sprint car at Paragon Speedway. |
