Excise are real sticklers and I know for a fact they were who stepped up and stopped carry in at Gas City. The tracks that let you carry in are the ones who don't sell beer. I do know one thing being on here talking about tracks that violate the rule is probably a good way to bring them unwanted attention from excise.
