Agar it was Chase's first time with the wing on. He had a great night. Messed up qualifing but the rest of the night was great. Qualifing they only give you one lap and he missed the cushion on his lap. I asked him why he missed the cushion and he said well I turned it where i would have the non wing car and it would have slid up and caught the cushion but the wing caught and just stuck me under it. But in the heat he caught the cushion and was fast. He won the heat over some really good wing racers. In the feature Chase started 17th and ran 11th. I also thought Chase Stocton looked good last night for his limited wing experience. Arin Mcintosh drove the wheels off her car in the B main and just came up short. Watching Danny Smith makes you appreciate how good he has been for a long career. I was also really impressed with the crowd last night, stands were packed. I hope Keith Ford made some money last night. He and the rest of the promoters are having a tough year with the weather. All in all great night at Paragon.

[QUOTE=Hurryinhoosier;50388]If it would have been a non wing race...it would have went till the morning
Pits were packed.....packed! I've been to Paragon when they had 150 cars in the pits, ran 3 sprint car features, and still made the 50 miles home before midnight. They're a "go or go home" track. Ford gets down on the track with the black flag in hand for drivers that are slow to get back in line. :applaud: |

Looks to me like Little Risky might have the wing thing down pretty good. :thumb

Great to see Danny Smith win. He's old school and I'm really glad he won.
Way to go Danny! George Wilkins |

Forget the MASS series, rip the lids off and race! The regular show would've been better than the winged show.
