We have had severe weather down here in southern Indiana. Southbound 41 is blocked just south of I64 by a semi that blew over. I am not going to leave Evansville until the severe storms clear Gibson and Knox counties.

Hate to miss this one, but there is a lot of damage in areas I would be driving through, plus my wife is ill, so I will skip this one and hit Bloomington tomorrow night and Paragon Saturday if all goes well.

Only a sprinkle here in Brazil, 15 miles west of the track. Sky is pretty ugly in the southwest and I can hear some rumbles, but the storm seems to be moving east along I-70 which is 5 or so miles south of LPS. I think it's going to bypass us (barely).

There were a couple of those cells that missed the track to the south, probably missed by less than a mile.

Dodged several bullets, there. Now, back to our regularly scheduled race day!

Gonna try heading up shortly. Large parts of Bloomington, Bedford, Spencer, Ellitsville, and surrounding areas are without power. Many traffic lights are also out. Reports of a lot of trees down everywhere. Stay safe out there if heading out.
