Belleville, IL – Friday 9/29 and Saturday 9/30 POWRi Leagues will invade Belle-Clair Speedway for the Knepper and Meents Memorial. Slated to host the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League and the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro League, the high-banked 1/5th mille will be filled with slide jobs galore.
