I'm on my way, after a swim at Lake Gifford Pinchot, a few miles away. Next up, Path Valley & Cowans Gap reservoir, Monday
Wish I could see Lanco, but Mom needs a ride to doctor appointment....
Wonder if Mr. Abreu will be there?

Support classes: 600 mini sprints are pretty cool, don't know what "extreme stocks" are, but I'm skeptical. Tomorrow at Path, a rare chance to see wingless Super Sprints, who usually use wings...

Amazing race at Susky tonight. I'm kind of at a loss for words after all that action.
The support class for Path Valley is the wingless super sportsman division, they look like sprinters but are not. Super Sporstman are self starting carburated 358 engines with no power steering. This division usually runs at Path Valley every week or two so they know what they are doing. Should be a great show, might even be better than tonights if thats possible.

Agreed, great racing tonite at Susky. Lots of 3 wide racing & wild finish! My first visit there, racy track, multiple grooves, nice grandstands too. Individual seats in main grandstands, but I moved to bleachers for more leg room, plus no reserved seats so you could get up high. Easy, picturesque drive from Carlisle on the back roads, not far from Lake Pinchot..... good day!

WOW!!! The Kuntz boys (Bayston & Thorson) both jump the turn four cushion battling tooth and nail for the victory and Grant turns sharp left and drives by to win on the last lap!! Combined with very good heats this was a very good night of racing and hopefully the word will get out to the PA fans mostly sprint car lovers that there is another excellent show in town this week besides winged sprints!!
