Thats strange, I have shown my card and gotten the discount every time except the 1st race there this year. They make you show your ID and find your name on the HARF members list they have but it has worked fine for me. maybe you got a uninformed cashier. I even used it at midget week.

Thanks for the info. I will try it again the next time we go down to Lincoln Park. See what happens.
Perhaps a representative of LPS can post the official status of HARF discounts at the track. I tried to use my card at the start of the season and was told they are in "negotiations" and no discount was offered. I asked a race or two later and was told it had not been resolved.

We were told the same at the beginning of the season, but we did use it a few races ago.
During Indiana midget week was the first time I received the discount. They have a large book with every HARF members name, and you must show your card and then sign the book beside your name.
By the way, I noticed Bloomington has no HARF nights this year. First time I can remember that happening.
