As I said before, track wasn't ideal but with the weather the way it was today, I'll take what the Burg gave me.

The midget feature was great, Rico put on a show all by himself.

Sprint feature at the end wasn't too close at the time they took the checkers but still had some great racing before that.

All and all, good afternoon/night of racing

I didn't have a problem with what you said Nate.

It's the people not there that stick in the comment about not watering or something. Makes it sound like everyone must have had a bad time.

It wasn't the closest racing of the week. That was probably Gas City. Wasn't he best or worst track of the week and still have Kokomo to go.

They're all different and I like the racing they all give. and my favorite track isn't even on the cars. (Terre Haute)

I wasn't there. But watching the highlights ,you couldn't ask for much more.Reminded me of the sliders at Jacksonville the week before.

Admittedly don't follow midgets as much as sprints. I have never heard of Holly Shelton before this week. I know who she is now after her performance last night. She was driving it like she stole it!

Not at the line but there were at least 24 clear lead changes in 30 laps

I'll probably start a shizit storm with this...seems like DD could have easily pulled off with the flat tire instead of rolling to a stop and bringing out the yellow. Disappointing.

Otherwise, great night of racing and great decisions regarding track prep.

You're absolutely right Charles, water was poured on and the track was fast. We got there at 5:00.Took the girlfriend for the first time, she's 69 years old, and we sat at the top of the grandstands in turn two and we got plastered but she loved the race and will go back. Only complaint I had was the speakers weren't clear there and we couldn't make out what was said during the victory celebration.
One of the best midget race I've been to.

I was there Charles was right on. Hated to see Bayston go to the tail with a cut left tire not sure Rico could have beat him. Holy was tough as nails.
