I saw one of these trucks at Winchester in the infield. Looked pretty well equipped. Two different Holmatro "Jaws of Life". Reminded me of NHRA'a Safety Safari. I had not seen this prior to Winchester.

I believe USAC had them out for the first time at the night before the 500. They pulled them out on the front stretch and described the equipment they were carrying.

Gregg,
I saw one at Eldora last Saturday night for the first time. At first I thought it belonged to the speedway but after seeing it was a Toyota, I knew immediately it wasn't and that it had to be USAC's. You always hope that they never have to use it but if/when it is needed they have it.

Bob Gompf has an SUV similarly equipped at all Lawrenceburg shows and at any other tracks supported by him and his team of push trucks. Fire extinguishers, jaws of life, shovels, kitty litter, the whole nine yards. :thumb
