How was that on Ballou? Btw-Shane's car owner sent him back to IN. He did not believe it was Ballou's fault.

Blue cars fault. He moved up on him.
Looked like a racing accident to me. No real blame should be placed as far as I can tell.

The incident at Port Royal was unfortunate and needless......if there is any blame for this incident, it is on me. I should never had the car at the track that day for multiple reasons.

No way Cottle could have seen him, and all Ballou was doing was trying to pass. Just a racing incident. No fault
