Anyone have a dyno sheet they'd be willing to forward of a STOCK (from factory/junkyard/NO internal changes/cleanup/head shaving/anything) Ecotech with all of the good bolt-ons (mechanical injection, ignition, header, etc). Talking flywheel. I know I could look up one as it is in a car, but curious what a couple $1000 of bolt-ons provide. Thank-you.
PS - I know other brands may offer more & I have nthn against any of them.

Sorry I said "flywheel"...been messing around with stock cars some lately still too...I meant "off the back of crank"...lol. I'd rather know a # off the engine, & not through a chassis #. I guess it's kind of a secret...seems to be about the case when one is in the market to acquire one tooled up & ready to go; for the most part anyway, I do know some are in the classifieds tho...

crawling around a junkyard, I'd need a GOOD portable air compressor to do that tho? lol. if the donor car still had a starter, I could even do a compression check! But ya, I'd never bolt on $1000s of dollars of add-ons to smthn with low #s...

From what I know compression will give you torque at the expense of heat. With the compresson left around stock you might be loosing power but you are gaining longevity. The key to making power is all in the camshaft. The modern 4 valve design and port configuration flows as well as most ported 2 valve designs. Honda is the leader in hp per liter. Make no misconception that every little bit helps. The best thing that can be done is to keep it as cheap as possible so all can participate.

So why allow injection and dry sumps?

I agree. Both should be gone across the board. Good luck with that!
