I need some help. Do any of you folks know where I can go to get documented sale prices for antique midget engines (Offenhauser, SESCO, etc.). Or perhaps one that went through an auction? Am well aware that most sales take place between individuals on a private contract basis. My current assignment is to provide valuation for museum donation of such an engine and I need documented transaction figures to both establish and verify its relative valuation.
Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Midget Madness might be of some help, I wouldn't expect anything cast in stone tho, Ebay might be another source, Hemmings Motor News comes to mind. Good luck, it's about as much fun as the TV program diving on the sunken ship, lots of time, little results! Bob

Try this guy,
Carl VanHorn
(570) 954-4527
Carl is a vintage car expert, I'm almost certain he could get you on the right track. This is his cell number, just tell him Badger gave you his number. He literally knows all and also has a ton of vintage stuff for sale.
