I just spoke to Greg Shobe, owner of Waynesfielf Motor Sports Park in Waynesfield, OH. They are at the track now working on getting the track prepared, the sun is shinning, but they received so much rain last night that they may not be able to properly prepare the bottom of the track.

He is very disappointed and trying very hard to get the track ready as all the non-wing shows this season have been weathered out.

If you're planning on coming to Waynesfield tonight, please check this link as he will be calling me back between 11:00AM and noon on their decision. He wants very much to get this show in but also wants to give you fans and race teams time to change your plans and also not waste fuel traveling and then having to postpone the event.:thumb

Directions for new fans,, Waynesfield Motorsports Park is very easy to get to.

You need to get to the intersection of Interstate 75 and Rt. 33 just south of Wapakoneta, Ohio which is exit 110 on the interstate. Go east on Rt. 33 for app. 10 miles, you will see a sign to Waynesfield pointing to the left, turn left, go a couple miles and you will see the pit entrance on the left. For the grandstand entrance go to the next road and turn left. Very easy to get too and great roads. :thumb
