Brazil Times Racing Section

Hey guys, I know this probably won't affect the large majority of you outside a few county area, but I thought I'd throw this out there and see if I could get a little help from the fans.

Some of you know that I do local and national racing section in my newspaper in The Brazil Times newspaer (www.thebraziltimes.com). I've gotten great feedback from quite a few of you in my area, but it seems with the struggling economy at the moment, I'm a little bit afraid that the section could be discontinued due to the expense of printing the extra pages on a day where we deliver extra papers to the community who don't have a subscription.

I have a poll on our website's sports section at the moment asking those who login to vote on whether or not they are a regular reader of the section or not. Thus far the 'no's' outway the 'yes's' about 4-1 and I'm hoping to close that gap and get some more positive points for the section. As far as I know, I'm the only daily newspaper in this area that includes dirt track info every week, though the Herald Times in Bloomington does a good job as well. I'm hoping to keep up the publicity for the sport that I love dearly.

Any help you guys can provide would be awesome.
