Is the Half Moon going to do the same thing this year as last year and have a Chili Bowl bash?

My inquiries are falling upon Half Moon ears of little midget knowledge.

Yes, I like chili, and yes, I prefer it in a bowl (how else would one eat it?), but that is not the point.
