Rex Norris III also did a great job finishing 6th.

I'm pretty sure that wasn't tire smoke. What started the night out as the only V6 in the field, ended up being the only 5 cylinder car running that nearly didn't finish. He shut it down at the finish line and coasted to a stop in turn two... He does deserve to win the Lil' 5, we were told going into this year he had led 777 laps total in previous tries. :respect:

Didn't Puterbaugh also have a V6?

So I guess that the two Nolen team cars ran a V6 (Elliott) and a V8 (Puterbaugh)?

Sorry, my bad.

His car was running hot the whole night. On one of their first stops, I think they pulled tape off of the nose, which helped, but not enough.

hats off to the rookies this year. Rodrigez, Biro, and Norris were very impressive. I couldn't take my eyes off of rodrigez for atleast 150 laps after the push truck ordeal, heck of a run. Biro ran stong all night, until he got spun. norris, i thought for sure he was just going to be a feild filler, but ran strong all night. His car was very competive, he could have finished an easy 4 or 5 laps better with an experienced pit crew, but a very strong run. Hope you are able to built off of this!
