Thanks for the reply. Someone threaded the stud holes and was using lug bolts instead of the single wheel nut due to the threads being damaged. Might be better off just getting a splined axle than having a one-off part made for an obsolete setup!

The more I look at it reminds me of a hub that was on a old jones rearend i had. Give wayne a call at 812-663-7629

Looks like the old rear pinch type hubs ran on modifed midgets for years, before the splined rear axles became the standard. Probably has two bolts on the back side that you tighten down to clamp down on the axle.
