I don't think he's out. Out of money to keep throwing at it maybe for the time being. If you can get a ride you don't have to put your own $$ in I can't blame him.
He's one of the few that can work with the 5 crew and whatever cut of the finish position he gets, goes in the wallet.

Mark Hery, owner of the 40 car, wanted to scale back his racing efforts to focus on other things like his family and business.
Mark always funded the 40 car on his own and paid me a percentage to drive it. To suggest otherwise would be unfair to how hard he works to go racing. The Hery family and I are still very close, and I'm sure we will do some more racing in the future. Ken Baldwin has given me a good opportunity to keep racing full time that I am appreciative of. See you at the track, Justin

Well said Justin. It su*ks that people continue to speculate on this forum. It would be great if everyone would just go support they're local dirt track and enjoy themselves.

Yes. As fun as it is to watch Justin and Max both race why would anyone 'not' want to go to the races? By the way, Justin did a terrific job last night of coming back from the tail to finish 6th! Kudos to Justin and the Baldwin team.

Thanks Justin for clearing up the unfounded speculation. Good job at Kokomo, see you at Lawrenceburg tonight.
