So do you think I need to dump even more caster?

Yes take it down to about 4 or 5 degrees and the car will come alive, especially on corner entry.

So I just got off phone with chassis builder and he said pretty much same thing you guys said, and wanted to know if I had a gorilla for a driver because that's all that can turn a car with 12 degrees of caster and no power steering! Live and learn folks. Dave
