Just for the record, 2 years ago the USAC sprint race was won on the outside cushion and also had a low groove. However, I would be in favor of restoring it back to the way it was with the half buried tires which I think might have been a few feet further in, but not much. I wouldn't change it much if I were them. Unfortunately, it's not the track's fault for the state of midget racing in Sun Prairie. I would have to blame that on the rule makers for allowing it to become too expensive and to me the cars just don't look as cool as they use to. I don't ever sit there in the stands and think, god I have to get one of these some day! They're just "ok".
