Considering they are talking single digit lows. Id say dress very warm and you can shed and sit on them if its too warm, Id say bring gloves and a snow cap.
I went last year and it was rather warm outside 40s so it wasn't a problem. But they started this race out in KC a few years back and Im told it was very very cold at that one. Think I PPV'd it. Dress for outside as you have to get from car to indoors anyway. If its warmer. Then fine. Won't have any rain or snow or wind to contend with.
Going to depend on how much snow falls thurs/fri for me to determine if Im going as its almost 360 miles. If roads are generally clear by Sat, I'll be on my way.
Sorry won't see Racinbabe and the Packer of Mud.

Sure hope they chill out with the amounts of accumulating snow and ice they are predicting... Looking forward to ending the season at what is becoming one of my favorite events of the year!

If it was all over and done with by fri afternoon. I'll probably go. If not. Probably not. My trip is almost all highway but id want crews to have a good 12+hr shot at it first.
