I noticed in the USAC midget results from Kenley, NC that Kevin Swindell drove for Pedregon. Does anybody know if this is a one-off ride or is he in that ride for the season? I though Kevin was moving onward and upward for '08. Thanks.

He will be running the Pedregon car in select USAC Midget races this season. Sammy is the crew chief, and Brian Sundby was also with them at Kenly...

I thought it was odd the Pedregon team wasn't at
Anderson. I thought I saw Kevins mother in the pits but didn't see him or Sammy.

I thought Sammy was permanently banned from USAC, or is that just folk lore?

Congrats to Kevin, Sammy and Team Pedregon. An 8th place finish for the first night on the track isn't too shabby.
