It's a shame. They had a ton of modifieds and a full field of sprint cars. This storm came up out of nowhere. The silver lining; I got to sit in Fishburgers brand new GMC Truck. Nice.
It's evenings like these that I'm glad I live 15 minutes from the track.....feel bad for all the folks who droves hours to get here only to have the skies open up. You could just see it coming, we thought about turning around by the time we hit the end of our street. There were some freaky looking clouds hanging over the track.
Check Radar at 2.00 Looks like we may be in clear as storms north and south seem to have all the energy. Walk in track at 4.00 Sunny. Some fluffys. Hot as hell but track looks nice, Still putting water down.
445 looks like hell breaking out to the north. Tracks packed in ready to go.
