Lawrenceburg Speedway is proud to announce that for the 2008 season all of our races will be broadcasted over FM radio. What does this mean? It means you can bring in your headphones and listen to the track announcer (Chad Cunningham & Jamin Tuttle) and guests all night long. We have had alot of requests from racefans for this feature. We all know once racecars fire up you can't hear anything, not no more, just put on your headsets and listen in. Also for the racers and crews, they can just turn on the radio and hear all ther action live.
The FM frequency used will be announced soon or at the first race. Just another fine improvement to the best dirt track facility in the country!! Thanks, Dave Rudisell |

This usually works pretty well at tracks that I've been to that do this.
I don't know who Chad Cunningham is. For the uninformed (me), can we get a little background on him? |

Chad Cunningham announced with us alot last season and does a outstanding job. He comes from the UMRA. He also does some play by play for a high school football team. The UMRA was upset with me for taking him from them, but they understand. Along with Chad we will have several different announcers joining him in the booth this season. We also plan on doing some live in the pit interviews.
Thanks, Dave Rudisell |

Thanks, Dave. I really appreciate this service for fans. Hope it stops raining sometime so you can try out the new system.

Ah....UMRA lost the best announcer I have ever heard, good luck to Chad. Glad to see he got the opportunity and I know he had to drive quite a ways at times with umra. he is friendly and i don't see why anyone wouldn't be satisfied with him :thumb
