For about $17k you too can own one! This one originally came as 91ci. I believe it originally ran on gasoline because of its age. The modifications made that I know of were 40 over pistons done by Ken Hickey and the fuel injection system that Joe added. The thing is a beauty.

I am old enough to have grown up in the Offy times. I won a CSRA midget championship in 1961 and ran Tampa Fairgrounds Sprints in 1962. The Offy's were a sound that I will never forget. I raced 48 years before retiring and I think the old Offy's were the greatest sound in racing. One of the prettiest sights I remember is at Canfield,Ohio Fairgrounds in 1947 when the pits were filled with a field of new Kurtis Kraft Offenhauser midgets. Sorry you young racers had to miss this time.
Gorgeous, simply gorgeous!!

I don't think $17,000 would touch that, maybe one more 0.:rolling
